Liberty Middle School Principal Mike McDermeit (front second from right) and LMS student Travis Little Hawk lead Native Americans in Longest Walk 2 and the entire LMS student body from LMS to the Pratt County Courthouse as the Longest Walk 2 prepares to leave Pratt Tuesday morning.
The Longest Walk 2 is a group of Native Americans walking from California to Washington D.C. to raise awareness for Native American issues including preserving sacred sites and saving Mother Earth.
