PHS Relay Wins;

Botello, McDermeit, Clarkson, and Leed Fused Together at the 2008 Larned Invitational

Elena Botello, Brooke McDermeit, Andrea Clarkson, and Molly Leed fused together and won the 4x800M relay at the 2008 Larned Invitational Tuesday.

The quartet, coming off a third-place finish at the 2008 St. John Invitational, was victorious at Larned with a time of 11:34.

McDermeit earned the Lady Greenbacks' highest individual finish, placing second in the 800M (2:45).

Chere Nash and Stephanie Voss continue their top 10 performances. Nash ran an 18.78 and Voss a 19.36 to go 4-5 in the 100M hurdles. They also placed 4-5 in the 300M hurdles. Nash completed the 300Ms in 53-10 and Voss 55.13.

Thomas More Prep won the team title with 133 points. Pratt compiled 48 for fifth.

The Lady Greenbacks are at Medicine Lodge Thursday, April 24. The meet begins at 4 p.m.
