Brady Seidel was the Pratt High School boys' lone champion at the 2008 Medicine Lodge Invitational Thursday.

Seidel won the 300M hurdles in 43.83.

Three Greenbacks occupied the top 5.

Luke Southard took fourth (49.67) and Gary Reed fifth (50.12). Southard did what no other Greenback did - total three top 5 finishes.

Along with his 300M hurdles effort, he had the third best javelin throw (132-6) and threw the discus 104-0 for fourth. Reed also finished third in the 110M hurdles (19.17).

Rhett Hostetler earned a pair of second-place finishes.

He ran the 100M in (12.10) and long jumped 18-4.

Jack Boyd secured the 3200M runner-up position with a time of 11:06.79. Evan Strong came in fourth (11:51).

Willson Worden navigated the 800M in 2:15 and placed third.

Brock Pierce's 129-11 javelin throw secured fourth.

The Greenbacks were third in the team competition with 99 points.

South Central compiled 134 for the title. Medicine Lodge sat (103) behind SC.
