- Medication Forms are available in the office for those
students who need to take medicine at school on a regular basis.
Medication cannot be given at school without this form completed
and on file in the nurse's office.
- HASKINS OPEN HOUSE will be on Thursday, August
14th at 5:30 pm in the Multi-Purpose Room (Gym) at
Haskins. Mark your calendars now & make plans to visit our
school. Your child will be able to meet his/her teacher, see the
classroom and be prepared for school which will begin the next
day!
- Healthwave Health Insurance Forms are available in the office upon request. Healthwave is a program for Kansas children and teens (ages 0-19) who have no health insurance. Contact the office if you would like more information about this program
