"Beyond The Bell" Enrollment Letter

Attention Parents or Guardians:
Welcome to Pratt USD#382. We are pleased to offer “Beyond the Bell” for the 6th year. “Beyond the Bell” is an after-school program offered at both Haskins and Southwest Elementary Schools. Any K-5 student at either school or Sacred Heart may enroll. After school students can attend from 3:20-5:30 PM, Mon.-Fri. Students are given a snack, have recess and then break into groups for homework help, enrichment and lessons in math and reading.
“Beyond the Bell” offers parents a safe and educational place for their children after school. If you feel this program would benefit your child, please enroll now so plans can be made for the 2008-2009 school year.
There is a monthly charge for “Beyond the Bell”. These fees are necessary to provide continued services. The fees are based on USD#382’s lunch qualifications. There will be no fee for August. Payment needs to be made by the 5th of the month to assure continued after school services. Fees are as follows:
- Full Pay $25 per month ($15 for each additional child)
- Reduced pay $15 per month ($10 for each additional child)
- Free $ 0 per month
You may fill out the enclosed enrollment form and return it with your school enrollment packet or you may send it to the “Beyond the Bell” office at 123 N. Oak, Pratt, KS., 67124.
