Regional Science Fair Results

Southwest & Liberty students in Science Club did fantastic at the Regional Science Fair at Fort Hays State University (FHSU) On Feb. 25, 2017.  We took 9 projects and came home with 3 silver medals and 6 gold metals!  The 3 silver medals were awarded to Megan Younie, Nathaniel Hadsell, and Jack Barker.  The students qualifying for the State Science and Engineering Fair received gold medals. They are LMS students: Jaelynn Bridges, Grace May, and Devin Newby.  Southwest students:  Jesse Kemper, Sarah Lamatsch, Wyatt Lovell.  The  Kansas State Science and Engineering Fair is March 31, at Exploration Place in Wichita.
