KAY Club Gears Up for 2nd Semester

Tired of the drab weather and hoping to entice some snow our way, KAY Club members carried out a construct a snowman contest during their January meeting.  Armed with only toilet paper, construction paper and a few strips of tape, groups competed to create a snowman in under 5 minutes.  Not only did the activity yield some fantastic snowmen, but a mere three days later, 8 inches of snow blanketed Pratt!

UPCOMING EVENTS:  

Valentine's Day Flower Sale.  During lunch periods on Feb.6,7, & 8,   PHS students and staff will have the opportunity to purchase carnations for delivery in school on Valentine's Day. Colors include pink, red and white.  Flowers can be sent with a personalized note, or anonymously.  Cost is $2.00 a flower or 3 flowers for $5.00.

Blood Drive. The annual KAY/NHS Blood Drive will be held on Tuesday, March 6th from 9 am to 2 pm.  Students as well as parents and community members are invited to participate in our drive.  This year, 16 year olds can donate with parent permission.
