PHS Laptop Check-out August 17
PHS Students:
We are getting ready to welcome you all back to school soon! Early Laptop Check-out will be Monday, August 17, following the schedule below. In order to make this process easier for you and to follow social distancing guidelines, we are going to change how we do check-out >> similar to check-in.
Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores must complete ALL THREE of the following steps BEFORE coming to get your device.
- Parent/Guardian must sign the Computer Loan Agreement. This is accomplished by clicking Yes in the Online Enrollment Form and submitting the form in its entirety. You may not check out a device until your online enrollment has been completed.
- Pay Tech Fee of $50 or set up payments using AutoDebit.
- Watch the PHS Laptop Care Video and complete the quiz. You must pass the quiz to demonstrate knowledge of the video's content. The quiz was sent to your school email address.
If you have all three steps completed, come to the front steps of PHS at your designated time.

8:30 a.m. Seniors Last Name A-L
9:00 a.m. Seniors Last Name M-Z
Junior Computer and Locker Check-out
9:30 a.m. Juniors Last Name A-L
10:00 a.m. Juniors Last Name M-Z
Sophomore Computer and Locker Check-out
10:30 a.m. Sophomores Last Name A-L
11:00 a.m. Sophomores Last Name M-Z
If you miss your time, you can come from 3:00-3:30 that same day.
Freshman and New Student Orientation will follow the schedule below. At this event you will check out your laptop, take a tour of PHS, and choose your locker. Principals and counselors will be available to answer questions.
You should complete BOTH of the following steps BEFORE that day. You may still attend the Orientation but will not be able to take your laptop home until the steps are completed.
