Liberty Middle School
300 S. Iuka, Pratt, KS 67124
Liberty Middle School opened its doors to students in grades 6-8 in the fall of 1983. Grade 5 was added to LMS in the fall of 2010. Its comprehensive curriculum and activities programs are especially designed with middle school students in mind. The focus is on student participation and achievement, parental involvement, and school-wide enrichment activities.
Students are encouraged to join Builders Club, a community service organization that builds character through leadership. Sports provide another outlet for student energy. LMS promotes a no-cut policy for 7th and 8th graders in football, basketball, volleyball, and wrestling. Sixth graders enjoy active intramural programs.
LMS students may also participate in Brainstorm, Geography Bee, Spelling Bee, Math Strategies, Science Olympiads, the LMS Musical, and Quiz Bowl.Ryan Creadick
